Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been processed, we can't change or cancel the order. 

How do I return my order?

Due to the nature of our products, we don't accept returns or exchanges. But listen up. If you're not as excited as a Swiftie in the 1989 era, please contact us! We'll do our best to address your concerns so you can shake it off.

When will my order ship?

Orders take 2-3 business days to process and ship. We don't believe in waiting hella long for sh*t.

I have a tracking number, but my order shows no movement. When will I get it?

It can take 48 hours for the carrier to scan your package to process the shipment. Once it's been scanned by the carrier, you should be able to get the shipment status of your order using the tracking number. 

Why does my product not look like the picture on the website?

All of our products are made by hand, not machines folks. Each one will vary slightly in appearance and shape. We make everything in small batches so each will be as unique as you. And just like you, this doesn't affect their awesomeness.

My body butter/scrub melted. Can I return it?

Our body butters and most of our scrubs are emulsified to help prevent melting. We also pack all orders containing heat sensitive items with a thermal protector to further help keep your products in tip top shape. However, being based out of Florida we know first hand that everything from the weather to the temperatures inside the mail carrier's vehicles to other factors out of our control, can make oil and butter based products melt in transit. If your product separates and/or melts, no worries! You can reincorporate everything by giving it a good stir. Once it reaches room temperature, it's good as gold again. 

Due to the aesthetic nature of melting, we don't refund products that have melted or separated. 

Do you do local delivery?

We don't offer delivery but we do offer local pickup! If you want to save on shipping and are local to our area (Deland, FL), choose Local Pickup at checkout.

You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup. The email will have the directions of the pickup location and info on scheduling a pickup day and time.
